Rollins has been named by the Orlando Sentinel as one of Central Florida’s Top 100 Companies for Working Families. Rollins was ranked 5th – the College’s highest ranking ever.
Rollins has ranked in the top 20 for the last six years in the annual competition, which is compiled by the Orlando Sentinel and published in a special section. Rollins’ previous highest ranking was 6th in 2012. The Top 100 list honors the local companies who are most committed to family-friendly benefits.

The Orlando Sentinel's Top 100 Companies for Working Families program is celebrating its 20th Anniversary of being the premier program in Central Florida for recognizing companies that demonstrate a core commitment to family and work/life balance. The Orlando Sentinel recognizes employers in two categories: 250 employees and above and 249 employees and below. Applicants are judged on their family-related benefits, work environment, communication network and training opportunities. During the annual Top 100 Awards Luncheon on August 2nd, Rollins was one of 25 Central Florida companies honored in the 250+ category.
