Call for Applications: Rollins Leadership Academy - Advanced Leadership Program |
The Rollins Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for the Spring 2013 Advanced Leadership Program (ALP). The ALP is an extension of the Rollins Leadership Foundations program and is intended to advance leadership learning, problem solving and community building across the Rollins enterprise by strengthening the capacity of each employee to support the College mission through effective and responsible leadership. The program will build upon the fundamental elements of the Leadership Foundations program and provide participants with the opportunity to explore emerging leadership topics and reexamine their own leadership proficiency and ongoing developmental needs within a community of fellow academy graduates and expert feedback coaches.
The ALP is premised on the philosophy that leadership development is an ongoing and never ending process of self-examination, reflection, feedback, learning and coaching.

This program is open to Leadership Academy Foundations program graduates and those who have completed comparable foundational leadership development programs. The anticipated class size is 16.
To be considered for admission, applicants must complete a brief online application (link below); have the full support of their department head; and must to be able to immerse themselves fully in all aspects the ALP. This program is not for the passive participant.
