Rollins has been named by the Orlando Sentinel as one of Central Florida’s Top 100 Companies for Working Families. Last week, Rollins was ranked 6th – the College’s second highest ranking ever.
Rollins has ranked in the top 20 for the last five years in the annual competition, which is compiled by the Orlando Sentinel and published in a special section. Rollins’ previous highest ranking was 6th in 2010. The Top 100 list honors the local companies who are most committed to family-friendly benefits.
“We are honored to be consistently included on this prestigious list,” said Human Resources Associate Oriana Jimenez. “Each day, our employees contribute to making Rollins a great place to work through their continuous engagement, support, and effort.”
The Orlando Sentinel recognizes employers in two categories: 250 employees and above and 249 employees and below. Applicants are judged on their family-related benefits, work environment, communication network and training opportunities. During the annual Top 100 Awards Luncheon on August 5, Rollins was one of 25 Central Florida companies honored in the 250+ category.
The Sentinel has selected Central Florida's Top 100 Companies for Working Families annually since 1994.
