In accordance with our Performance Planning and Appraisal Program, all regular staff must receive a formal written appraisal of their work performance on an annual basis. All departments should therefore begin preparing for and conducting the appraisal process for the 2011-12 fiscal year. All staff performance reviews should be completed in accordance with instructions (provided on the form), routed for approval, and submitted to the Human Resources Department no later than June 30, 2012. The completed appraisals will be used in conjunction with our annual merit increase program, which is scheduled to take effect September 1, 2012.
