Once you've identified a funding opportunity you wish to pursue, this form must be completed and signed by both the faculty or staff member serving as Project Director/Principal Investigator and his or her department chair or supervisor and returned to the Director of Grants and Contracts. Forms will be routed for additional administrative and financial approvals prior to submission of the proposal.
