When should families arrive and depart?
Check-in and packet pick-up opens at 9:00 a.m. If you would like to
meet with your student's advisor, meetings are available by
appointment on Friday only. The Welcome Social will be held on
Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Saturday morning, there will
be a selection of programs followed by a picnic. While
some activities may be offered Saturday afternoon and evening,
those periods are generally reserved for family time. Sunday events
are a continental breakfast and a worship service that will conclude
by noon.

How do families register?
Online registration is closed. Packet pick-up for preregistered families and onsite registration begins at 9:00 a.m. Friday November 2nd at the Faculty Club on campus (across from the soccer field).
What is the cost?
The registration fee is $40.00 per family. Should an event require an
additional fee, it will be noted in the registration information.
How do I schedule an appointment with my student's advisor?
You may request an appointment with your student’s advisor after September 24th.
To schedule an appointment, please contact the Office of Student Success by
email at advising@rollins.edu with your student’s name, faculty advisor, and
the time you will arrive on campus. As an alternative, you may call 407-646-2354.
The deadline for scheduling appointments is October 22.
