Description of Service

Making repairs to existing equipment or facilities is considered maintenance. Examples of maintenance include a light out, a leaking pipe, or a temperature concern.

How to Make a Request

Service Requests for routine maintenance may be submitted using the online Maintenance Connection Service Request program 24 hours a day or by calling Facilities Management at 407-691-1000, Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Service Requests that require immediate attention relating to life safety or worsening situation should be called in and not submitted online. For after hour emergencies, please contact Campus Safety at 407-646-2999.

Related Polices

Online work requests received after 4 p.m. will be routed to technicians the following business day. Because routine requests are treated on a triage basis, those with the greatest impact to the campus community are generally handled first to minimize the overall impact.
