Making repairs to existing equipment or facilities (Ex. light out, leaking pipe, or temperature concern).

 

How to Make a Request

 

Requests for routine maintenance may be submitted on line using Internet Explorer, 24 hours a day.

 

 Requests may be entered on-line or call Facilities Mangement at (407) 691-1000, Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

(PLEASE NOTE: REQUESTS THAT NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION THAT RELATE TO LIFE SAFETY OR WORSENING SITUATIONS SHOULD BE CALLED IN IMMEDIATELY AND NOT SUBMITTED ON LINE.)

On line work requests received after 4 p.m. will be routed to technicians the following business day. Routine requests are often treated on a triage basis. Needs that have the greatest impact to the campus community are generally handled first, in order to minimize the overall impact.
