At Rollins we are dedicated to scholarship, academic achievement, creative accomplishment, cultural enrichment, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship. We value our tradition of innovation, academic excellence, the applied liberal arts, and a commitment to lifelong learning and service.
In keeping with these values, our office strongly encourages our student to participate in the Rollins Student-Faculty Collaborative Scholarship program. This program is supported by the Dean of the Faculty for the express purpose of involving students in a close collaboration with faculty. During the summer months, students in this program live on campus and work with a faculty mentor. Students become eligible to participate after their freshman year. In addition to the collaborative scholarship program, opportunities abound for research with faculty mentors year round. In order to compete successfully for prestigious scholarships, sustained research with faculty mentors is a very essential activity.
