The BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) assessment is the centerpiece of the session. The EQ-i is a self-reported measure of emotionally and socially intelligent behavior that provides an estimate of emotional-social intelligence. The EQ-i is the most widely used measure of emotional-social intelligence. The report provides feedback in five areas: Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Stress Management, Adaptability and General Mood.
