Robert K. Prescott, Ph.D., SPHR
Dr. Robert K. Prescott is the Graduate Faculty in Human Resources
at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. In this role, Bob is
responsible for teaching Human Resource Management, Enterprise Consulting,
Career Development and Training & Development in the MBA Program
of the Crummer Graduate School of Business. Formerly, he was the
Executive Director of the Management & Executive Education at
Rollins College, Director of the Management Development Institute
at Eckerd College - an affiliate of the Center for Creative Leadership
(CCL) - in St. Petersburg, Florida, Director of Executive Education
and Corporate Services at the Pennsylvania State University, University
Park, Pennsylvania and Director of Human Resources for BellSouth
Communications, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama.

Richard K. (Rick)
Bommelje, Ed.D.
Dr. Rick Bommelje has over 30 years of professional
experience in leadership, supervision, management and adult education.
Rick is an Associate Professor in the department of Organizational
Communication at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He is
also the President of the International Listening Leadership Institute.
With a Masters degree in management and a Doctorate in Educational
Administration, and advanced leadership study at Harvard University,
he specializes in the development of listening and leadership. Additionally,
as architect of the Listening Leadership® movement, he is The
Listening Leader® Coach and helps leaders, one-on-one, in their
pursuit of success, significance and joy.
Rick Bommelje has been serving professionals in organizations in
the areas of leadership and communication development since l977.
Over the years, his courses, seminars, and workshops have benefitted
thousands of personnel from an impressive list of organizations
including: Dow Jones & Company, Chrysler Corporation, Florida
Department of Law Enforcement, American Automobile Association,
Walt Disney World, AT&T, U.S. Army, Coca Cola Bottling Company,
and many others.
The appeal and effectiveness of Ricks programs are found
in his practical and "real world" approach to education
and development. His informal delivery style focuses on substantive
content that offers participants immediate and measurable benefits.
A Life member of the International Listening Association, Rick is
also a member of the National Speakers Association. Dr. Bommelje
and Dr. Lyman Steil have authored the pioneering book, Listening
Leaders®: The Ten Golden Rules to Listen, lead & Succeed.

Susan Williams, Ph.D.
Dr. Susan Williams is Professor of
Management in the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at
Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She applies information
from her study of "Teaching Negotiation" in the Program
for Negotiation at Harvard Law School. With her knowledge of the
subject matter and her exceptional presentation skills, Dr. Williams
has designed the program to allow each participant to focus on
his or her powers to develop successful negotiation skills and
to identify and enhance the skills they already possess.

Donald P. Rogers, Ph.D.
Professor of business administration at Rollins College, Don Rogers
is a nationally recognized expert on employee relations and human
resource management. He has been featured by ABC News, the Chicago
Tribune, Working Women Magazine, and others. Director of the Master's
in Human Resource program, Don teaches courses in human resource
management, organizational change and development, and career development.
In addition to teaching, Don has been a management consultant. His
clients have included, among others, General Food, Manufacturers
Hanover Trust, Burroughs Corporation and the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers.

Craig McAllaster, Ed.D.
Dr. McAllaster's background spans industry and academia. He spent
more than 10 years in the consumer services and electronics industry.
Dr. McAllaster has been on the faculty at Cornell University and
the University of Central Florida. While at Cornell's Johnson Graduate
School of Management, he taught in executive development programs
and was also the director of Executive Education. Dr. McAllaster
is a frequent program faculty member and guest speaker in a number
of management and executive programs. He has spoken and published
numerous articles in the areas of influence, leadership, consulting
skills, and changing organizational culture. Dr. McAllaster is a
consultant to a wide variety of domestic and international companies.
Some of his consulting clients include Mobil, United Newspapers,
McNeal Consumer Products, American Cyanamid, IBM, and Caleb Brett.

Susan McKenna, Esq.
Susan K. McKenna is a noted speaker and attorney with the Orlando
law office of Jackson Lewis, specializing in personnel practices
and employment law issues. She has extensive experience repesentng
managemnt in labor disputees, employee discharge and discrimination
cases including age, sex, diability and other emloyment-related
claims.
Ms. McKenna was a founding partner with Garwood, McKenna, McKenna
& Wolf, P.A. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Duke University
School of Law.

Shelton Granade
Shelton Granade is president of the Granade Management Group, a
firm that specializes in human resource management training and
consulting. Mr. Granade has more than 30 years experience as a senior
HR and training executive. As an adjunct faculty member for Rollins
College since 1974, he has taught courses in personnel administration,
labor relations and business policy.

Don Albert
Don Albert is the President of Don Albert & Associates, a firm
specializing in leadership and management training for all employees.
Prior to this, Don served as the principle instructor at the Harris
Corporation Center for Training & Development, where he delivered
top-level leadership classes for the corporation and was also responsible
for the development of the instructional staff.

Curtis Curry
Curtis Curry has 20 years experience in the training industry,
including leading various training functions, managing personnel,
and extensive experience designing, developing, and marketing training
programs (over 70 courses and seminars). He possesses a great deal
of corporate training experience (over 6000 leaders and individual
contributors), has trained leaders in Europe, Latin America, China,
and Singapore, and speaks Spanish, English, and French. He has a
proven performance record with his customers, consistently receiving
outstanding program evaluations from the executives who attend his
programs.

Martin Starr, Ph.D.
Dr. Starr has lectured on a variety of topics concerned with the
integration of engineering and product design with managed planning
and decision-making. His current research has been concerned with
remanufacturing and reengineering on a systems-wide basis. His consuling
has global scope for manufacturing and service operations. He has
published more than 20 books and hundreds of contribuitive articles.

Keith Whittingham, Ph.D.
Dr. Keith Whittingham is a Visiting Associate Professor of Management
Science at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College
in Winter Park, Florida, where he previously served two years as
Associate Dean of Operations. Prior to joining the Crummer team,
Keith spent seven years with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Agere
Systems and Cirent Semiconductor. Over that period, he held a number
of management positions in manufacturing, R&D, strategic business
development and human resources.
Keith brought his research mindset to his assignment in Human Resources,
where he was tasked with developing effective strategies for recruiting
highly qualified, under-represented minorities for technical positions.

Mark W. Johnston, Ph.D.
Dr. Johnston previously taught at Texas A&M and Louisiana State
University. He has published extensively on a variety of marketing
topics. Most of his research focuses on the topics of sales force
effectiveness, salesperson motivation, CEO priorities, and employee
turnover in business organizations. Dr. Johnston is also noted for
his expertise in teaching seminars on a variety of sales force issues
as well as international marketing topics. He has worked with a
number of multinational corporations, including Ford, Bayer Chemical,
and Daimler-Benz.

Greg Marshall, Ph.D.
Dr. Greg Marshall is Professor of Marketing at the Crummer Graduate
School of Business at Rollins College. Dr. Marshall previously taught
at the University of South Florida, Oklahoma State University, and
Texas Christian University. His publications have appeared in a
wide variety of journals, with topics focusing on salesperson selection,
motivation, and performance evaluation; diversity in sales organizations;
salesperson use of technology; and decision making by marketing
managers.
Dr. Marshall has industry experience with such firms as Warner-Lambert
and Mennen, and also has served as a consultant and trainer for
a variety of organizations in both the private and public sector,
primarily in the areas of marketing planning, strategy development,
and service quality. Firms with whom he has worked include State
Farm Insurance, McDonnell-Douglas, IBM, and the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development. He is Editor of the Journal of
Personal Selling & Sales Management, the leading publication
in its field.

Marvin Newman, JD
Dr. Newman has inspired, motivated, encouraged and educated students
since he came to the college in 1961. His primary teaching and research
areas deal with communication ethics and legal studies, particularly
those interdisciplinary areas that emphasize sociological jurisprudence,
ethics and thanatology.
An internationally renowned scholar in biomedical and legal ethics
and thanatology, he has written four books, published twelve papers,
and presented dozens of lectures and educational seminars throughout
the United States and Europe. In the classroom, Dr. Newman combines
his real world experience as a consultant and as the founder of
an international law firm with his academic and research background
to provide students with a well-rounded mix of knowledge.

Tim Flanagan, M.A.
Tim Flanagan's rich background and experience in corporate training
and development, higher education, individual and organizational
assessment, and executive consulting provide him a wealth of insight
and knowledge in the Human Resource Development field. Tim specializes
in designing and delivering interventions that enable individuals
and groups to discover, assess and improve their performance and
capabilities.
Tim earned his M.A. at Ohio State University in Education, specializing
in adult learning, and his B.A. in psychology, history and education
at Muskinghum College.

Art Harris, SPHR
Art Harris has a broad background in compensation management. He
currently serves as Compensation Administrator for OUC. He also
has extensive HR experience working in a number of industries, including
insurance, banking, retail sales, pharmaceutical manufacturing and
defense contracting. Mr. Harris is a faculty member for the Rollins
College Masters in Human Resources, teaching Compensation Management.
