living a brain healthy lifestyle

Please join us and learn how to achieve and support optimal cognitive performance across the lifespan by applying practical lifestyle strategies. A framework for benefiting from nutrition, physical activity, positive affect, and social connections will be shared. Participants will experience a variety of brain challenges to engage the mind in logic, visual perception, concentration, and attention.  Participants will leave with a toolbox of practical strategies they can apply immediately to facilitate the process of living a brain healthy lifestyle.
