CAPS at Rollins College offers
an atmosphere where personal concerns of any nature can be examined and
discussed freely and confidentially. Such an atmosphere increases the
chances that problems and conflicts can be resolved.
Through the therapeutic process, you may come to see yourself and others in
a different light, learn how to change self-defeating habits and attitudes,
and be better able to make a positive contribution to your own life as well
as to the lives of others.
