Congratulations on your acceptance to the Professional MBA Program at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College!

To prepare for your upcoming Management Analysis course (MBA 501), you must complete this electronic check-in process prior to the start of your program. To gain access to your campus accounts, including email, Blackboard, and Foxlink, it is critical that you complete the entire check-in process by the deadline specified in your letter. A laptop computer will not be issued to students who fail to complete the check-in process. Additionally, a laptop computer will not be issued to students who have not made a $500 deposit and sufficient tuition arrangements for the first term. This will result in significant delays in your ability to participate in Management Analysis (MBA 501).

Please read the following instructions before begining electronic check-in.

• Electronic check-in will guide you through the schedules and policies needed to be prepared for your first intensive event. In addition you will receive information on how to purchase books and where to locate your syllabi. Please note that participation in all parts of MBA 501 is mandatory, including computer distribution.
  
• Students must have their laptops up and running to participate in MBA 501. Before receiving the laptop each student must have tuition arrangements for the first term finalized. Students may: A) submit a copy of your financial aid award letter to the PMBA program office, B) submit a 3rd party deferment form which vouches for employer reimbursement benefits, or C) pay for the term in full.
• Log-in to electronic check-in with your R-Number and last name. Your R-Number can be found in your letter of acceptance. To have a productive and successful experience during Management Analysis (MBA 501), and the remainder of your matriculation at Crummer, please thoroughly read the policies that are being given to you. Allow approximately 30 minutes to complete the entire electronic check-in process. You may save and exit, and log-in again as many times as necessary, however please try to complete within the specified deadline. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
