Before an individual can assume the role and responsibilities of a leader, he or she must be willing to engage in their own developmental journey.

• Experiential learning begins with a 3 hour module during the spring or fall project period and includes:
  • Foundations in personal leadership and development – a developmental journey
  • A series of applied leadership development modules offered over six semesters
  • Participation in leadership development competition upon completion of the class
  • An immersion in leadership through coursework, coaching, self and peer assessment, goal setting, design and implementation of individual leadership development plans
