The Center for Leadership Development at the Crummer Graduate School of Business is a unique and significant resource for Rollins College MBA students to augment their leadership development. 

The Center promotes a developmental process of self-awareness and personal growth for emerging leaders to enhance their effectiveness in addressing leadership challenges and building relationships. Through a program that includes assessments, interactive experiences, familiarization with leadership best practices, exposure to recognized thought leaders and reflection, the Center enriches the MBA experience. 

The Rollins Center for Leadership Development is ranked 22nd among business schools in the nation in leadership development (2009 Best in Leadership Development Ranking, Leadership Excellence [26:10], October, 2009).
