Dr. Susan Easton joined the Communication Department in 2001.  She is an internationally known expert on group dynamics and work teams who has worked with some of the largest corporations in America.  Her research interests are virtual communication, geographically dispersed work groups, organizational communication, small group behavior, and systems thinking.  Susan teaches COM 510 Corporate Communication and Work Teams and COM 120 Small Groups and Leadership.
