Dr. Bommelje has served Rollins College for over three decades, playing
professional staff member and administrative roles, before joining the
faculty full-time in 1997. He formely served as the Associate Dean of
Continuing Education and was the founding Director of the Center for
Lifelong Education. Since joining the faculty, he has brought a new level
of motivation and energy to the students of Rollins College in his
teaching and advising. A respected author, lecturer and consultant in the
field of listening and leadership, Dr. Bommelje has played a pivotal role
in the professional and personal development of thousands of professionals
globally. He is the co-author of the pioneering book, Listening Leaders:
