Lisa Johnson

Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, Career & Life Planning, Director of Academic Internships

As the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, Lisa represents the Center for Career & Life Planning to all Rollins undergraduate students and Hamilton Holt graduate students. Ms. Johnson has worked at Rollins since 2007, and holds graduate degrees in both Social Work and Business Administration from the University of Illinois, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Leadership and Education at Barry University.

Norah Perez

Norah Pérez

Director of Student Employment

Norah is responsible for developing and elevating the presence of Student Employment at Rollins College. She received her BA in Economics with a minor in International Affairs from the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School, and continued her education at Rollins where she received a Master of Human Resources.

Julia Larson

Assistant Director

As Assistant Director, Julia is the point person for graduate school advising, and conducts career counseling appointments including major selection, career exploration, internship and job search, graduate school advising and practice interviews. Julia also serves as the primary contact for recruiting with Rollins College.

Anne Meehan

Assistant Director

Anne serves as an Assistant Director in the Center for Career & Life Planning and oversees counseling and development for all types of students and alumni. She is responsible for collaborating with our Alumni Relations office and is the primary point person for LinkedIn and personal branding. Anne joined Rollins in 2011 having previously worked at Stetson University, University of Richmond, Virginia Tech and James Madison University.

Kyle Nelson

Program Coordinator

Kyle recently took up the role of Program Coordinator having served at Rollins since 2010. He’s the primary point of contact for internship employers looking to recruit Rollins students. Kyle is also responsible for promoting the Center for Career & Life Planning within the Rollins community. He’s originally from the Midwest where he received his undergraduate degree from Millikin University.

Dilsia Fernandez

Dilsia Fernandez

Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant for the Center of Career & Life Planning, Dilsia serves as first point of contact for all students, parents, employers, and other guests. She assists with managing daily office operations and works closely in collaboration with other offices and departments at Rollins College. Dilsia received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rollins College in 2014.

Ashley Williams

Program Coordinator

As a current student in the Rollins Mental Health Counseling graduate program, Ashley provides career counseling to students and alumni through scheduled appointments and walk-in hours. Her specialties include resume/cover letter development, career exploration, networking, LinkedIn & personal branding, and internship applications. She also assists in updating our college internship database.
