| Joanne Vogel, Ph.D., LMHC is the Director of CAPS. Prior to coming to Rollins as a full-time staff member, she worked as an adjunct faculty member in the Counseling Psychology program at Rollins and an administrative faculty member in the Counselor Education program at the University of Central Florida. For many years, she had a private practice dedicated to counseling and consulting on a variety of issues including posttraumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and sexual issues. She is a qualified sex therapist, certified hypnotherapist, and has experience working with children, adolescents, couples, groups, and families. Dr. Vogel has published numerous articles in various professional journals and has co-authored a book on childhood fears, stress, and trauma. She enjoys serving as a leadership consultant on campus through the Crummer Graduate School of Business and Rollins Leadership Academy. | ![]() |
