Note: A $250 deposit is required. This deposit is a non-refundable fee that is applied to the camp tuition. See due date schedule, below.

*Rollins Camp is not offered on a week-to-week basis. The cost shown per-week is only provided for financial planning purposes.

 

Payments

By registering your camper, parent/guardian agree to bear responsibility for full payment, and should a payment be returned for insufficient funds or no approval by credit, parent/guardian agree to pay for all fees associated with collection of due funds, including attorney's fees.

Because of the demands to participate in the Summer Camp Program, registrations for which we do not have a deposit will be released to campers on our wait list.

 

Final Payment (or balance) Deadline:

  • Session B - Friday, May 25, 2012

Note: Lunch is included in the cost of tuition.

 

To pay using cash, check, or money order:

  • Make payable to Rollins College
  • Write your camper's R-Number on the check/money order
  • Mail to: Rollins College Bursar's Office, 1000 Holt Avenue - 2716, Winter Park, FL 32789
  • Or, you may drop off cash, check, or money order to Megan Joyner between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    Megan's office is located in the Warren Administartion, 1000 Holt Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789.

To pay using a credit/debit card or an e-check:

The Summer Camp Program only accepts Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. There is a 2.75% service charge for online Credit Card payments. There is no service charge for using E-Check. Credit Card payments and E-Check can only be made online.


All requests for refunds and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Requests may be emailed, mailed or faxed to Rollins College Summer Camp Program.

  • Cancellations for Session A made prior to April 30 will receive a 100% tuition refund, after the deduction of the $250 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations for Session A made between May 1 and June 8 will receive a 40% tuition refund, after the deduction of the $250 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations for Session B made prior to May 25 will receive a 100% tuition refund, after the deduction of the $250 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations for Session B made between May 30 and July 6 will receive a 40% tuition refund, after the deduction of the $250 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made within the first week of each camp session will receive a 25% tuition refund, after the deduction of the $250 non-refundable deposit.
  • No refunds after the first week of camp.
  • No refunds if the camper is dismissed from the program.
  • No refunds or discounts granted for missing camp due to planned vacation or school schedules.
  • "No shows" who do not cancel their registration are liable for the entire camp tuition and fees.

Schedule Adjustments

We make every attempt to accommodate requests for schedule adjustments. Requests must be presented via a Schedule Adjustment Request Form. Please inquire with Camp Base or Meg Kuecker (mkuecker@rollins.edu) for the form.

Schedule adjustments will only be processed during the first two days of each camp session. Schedule adjustments for Session A will be accepted during business hours on June 12th and 13th. Schedule adjustment requests for Session B will be accepted during business hours on July 9th and 10th.The campers' new class schedules will take effect on Wednesday (June 14/July 11).

Rollins College reserves the right to add, cancel or change courses based on student enrollment levels and space availability.
