New MBA Scholarship Available

May 21, 2013 - We are now accepting entries for our new MBA Leadership Scholars Award for Early Advantage MBA students. Selected applicants will be students who have shown success in leadership. They will receive full or partial tuition scholarships ranging from $5,000-$67,320.

MBA Leadership Scholars will be required to maintain good academic standing and participate in a range leadership development activities and programs offered through the school’s nationally ranked Center for Leadership Development.

“The MBA Leadership Scholars Award honors students who have demonstrated commitment to developing their leadership skills,” said Dean Craig McAllaster. “By taking part in the leadership opportunities available through the Rollins MBA experience, they will be well-equipped to make a positive impact in the workplace.”

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must submit an essay describing their leadership experiences and perspectives. They must define “leadership” and give specific examples of how they have led in previous roles (academic, community-related, athletics, or any other extra-curricular activity). Essays must be no longer than 500 words. In addition, applicants must provide a letter of recommendation that endorses their leadership abilities. Essays and letters should be e-mailed to mbaadmissions@rollins.edu with the subject line “MBA Leadership Scholars.”
