Dr. Susan Bach
Dr. Bach is an organizational development executive with extensive background in leadership development and is also a certified coach. Her corporate, entrepreneurial and consulting experience includes human resources and training, strategic planning, team building, change management, career management, communication, organizational culture, communication, and customer service. She has provided consulting services to organizations as diverse as start-up entrepreneurial ventures, governmental agencies and Fortune 500 companies, including organizations such as Darden, NASA, Marriott, Holiday Inns, Embassy Suites, The Peabody Hotel Group, Harris Corporation, GE Harris, AAA, the Orange County Jail and the City of Orlando.
In addition to a strong track record in the business and government sector, Dr. Bach has extensive academic administration leadership experience and has been a professor of business and hospitality management. In her most recent teaching position, at the University of Central Florida in the Hospitality Management Department (now the Rosen School of Hospitality Management), students voted Dr. Bach Professor of the Year.
Dr. Bach holds a BS, MA and Ph.D. from New York University. Pam Woodley, SPHR
Pam Woodley is the Leadership Counselor responsible for coordinating the Leadership Programs for the Early Advantage MBA students (EAMBA). She also serves as a Leadership Coach and Advisor of the Leadership Student Advisory Board. Ms. Woodley has an extensive background in human resources with a Fortune 100 company (AT&T), career development with a global consulting firm (Right Management Consultants), and academic experience in e-Learning (Valencia College, Corporate, Professional & Continuing Education Division). She holds a BA in Management from National-Louis University, has completed the Crummer Management Program (Mini-MBA), and is professionally certified in human resources through the Society of Human Resource Management.
