Craig M. McAllaster

Craig M. McAllaster

"I enjoy working with Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business students because they are focused, know what they want, and have the opportunity to practice and use the material that they learn here very quickly." Craig M. McAllaster is the Steinmetz Professor of Management at the Crummer Graduate School of Business. He is a frequent guest lecturer at university and corporate events, speaking on influence, ethics, leadership, and organizational change. Dr. McAllaster has served on the faculties of Alfred State College, Cornell University and the University of Central Florida. He has worked in executive positions at Consolidated Foods, AVX Corporation and Loral Corporation. Dr. McAllaster has conducted organizational climate studies, executive training, strategic planning retreats and executive coaching sessions for clients including Mobil, IBM, Reader’s Digest, National Science Foundation, Aramark, Xerox, Monsanto, Allied Waste, AT&T, Texaco, Black & Decker, TRW, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Brunswick Corporation. Dr. McAllaster serves on the Nemours Children’s Hospital board and the BankFIRST board. His professional associations include the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Academy of Management. He currently serves on the AACSB International Board of Directors. He was president of the Southern Business Deans Association in 2005. Dr. McAllaster has been involved with Junior Achievement, Manufacturers Association of Central Florida, Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, Metro-Orlando International Affairs Commission, Central Florida Partnership/MyRegion.org, and the Orange County Sheriff’s Citizen Advisory Council.
