College of Liberal Arts Student Information

From due dates and forms to refunds, holds, and late fees, everything students in the College of Liberal Arts need to navigate the Office of the Bursar.

Tuition Due Dates

Rollins College students view and pay their bursar bills online via QuikPAY electronic billing and payment system. The Office of the Bursar uploads a new billing statement each month and notification is sent to their Rollins e-mail address and to their authorized payer email accounts. Student's '@rollins.edu' email account is the official means of communication at Rollins College. Students are expected to check their email on a frequent and consistent basis in order to stay current with College-related communications.

Through QuikPAY, students have the option to set up "authorized payers," usually parents or guardians, who are then able to view and/or pay the student's bill. Parents will only receive monthly statement notifications if the student has set them up as an authorized payer. Although the College has advanced to electronic billing, QuikPAY is just one of many options students have for paying their bursar bill.

How Students Set Up QuikPAY Authorized Payer Accounts
  • Log into FoxLink
  • Click on the “Billing and Financial Aid” tab
  • Click on “QuikPAY Online Billing & Payment System”
  • Click on “Authorize Payers”
  • Click “Add New”
  • Enter email address and assign a password.

The Authorized Payer will receive a confirmation email containing a link to QuikPAY. The student will need to send the password they assigned to the Authorized Payer. Each month when a bill is processed, the student and Authorized Payer will receive an email notification.

Holds & Late Fees

The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the collection of College financial obligations. An account that is past due is encumbered by the Office of the Bursar. The Student Loan Collections Office may also encumber the accounts of students or former students who have not satisfied their financial loan obligations. A student whose account is encumbered will be denied certain College services (e.g., registration, transcripts). Once payment in full or appropriate credits have been applied to the bursar account, financial holds will be removed.

Please note, payments made with non-guaranteed funds will be held for 10 business days to ensure clearance. If immediate clearance is necessary, payment must be made using guaranteed funds (cash, cashier’s check, or credit card). Credit card payments must be made through the QuikPAY payment system.

Beginning spring 2017, students with a past due balance less than $1,000 will be allowed to register for classes.  However, these accounts will not be able to receive transcripts or diplomas until the balance has been paid. Students with a balance greater than $1,000 will not be allowed to register for future semesters or receive transcripts or a diploma.  All accounts with balances greater than $200 will be subject to monthly late payment fees on the following scale:

Past Due Balance of $200 – $999.99: $75
Past Due Balance of $1,000 – $4,999.99: $125
Past Due Balance of $5,000 – $19,999.99: $200
Past Due Balance of $20,000 or greater: 1% of Past Due Amount

By registering, students agree to accept full responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees. If a payment is not fulfilled or returned for insufficient funds or no approval by credit, students also agree to pay all fees associated with collection of due funds, including collection costs and attorney's fees.
