Fraudulent check alert…
- If you have received a check that appears to be from Rollins College, but you have no affiliation with Rollins or do not know why you are receiving the check, it is a fraudulent check.
- If you would like to report a fraudulent check that was delivered via United States Postal Service, please visit the postal inspectors’ website at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/ and click on mail fraud.
- Rollins College does not need copies of the check or further information, but the postal service may ask for details. Otherwise, please destroy the check.

Who We Are:
The Bursar’s Office provides student account and billing information; receives payments for tuition, fees and miscellaneous campus charges; provides collection of delinquent accounts; delivers refunds and financial aid residuals after disbursement. We also provide deposit and merchant services for departments of Rollins College.
We are located in the Warren Administration Building (Campus map
) on the 2nd floor.
The Bursar’s Office is a unit of the Rollins College Finance Office.

Check Your Email:
Correspondence from the Bursar's Office (including monthly billing statements) will be sent to the student's official College '@rollins.edu' email account. Students are expected to check their email on a frequent and consistent basis in order to stay current with College-related communications.
