Attention A&S Students:
The 2010 - 2011 Arts & Sciences class schedule is posted.
On-line pre-registration is open in Foxlink. Read and follow the directions listed in the Pre-Registration Instructions and Topical Courses Descriptions pdf posted on the Office of Student Records Web site. A pdf of Courses Offered (class listings) is also posted.
Please remember pre-registration is a three-step process:
1) STUDENTS SUBMIT PREREGISTRATION REQUESTS March 22-26, indicating preferences for classes. When you submit your request, your choices are e-mailed to your academic advisor automatically. If you do not complete a pre-registration request by March 26 at 5 p.m., you will be charged a $50 late fee, and your request will be handled only after all other students are given courses, at which time your selection of available courses will be minimal.
2) STUDENTS MEET WITH ACADEMIC ADVISORS the week following, March 29-April 2, so be sure to make an appointment to see your advisor. Most advisors will have sign-up sheets on their doors with available times, so please sign up. If you do not meet with your advisor by 5 p.m. on April 2 your registration request will not be processed, you will be charged a $50 late fee, and your registration will be processed after all other students are registered.
3) COURSE PLACEMENT AND SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS happen in Student Records based on your preferences and section/seat availability after your advisor reviews and approves your pre-registration request. Course placement will occur the week of April 5, and you will be notified as soon as schedules are complete. REMEMBER: If you don't receive a full schedule during the course placement process, there will be an early add-drop session prior to the end of classes -- please watch your e-mail and take advantage of that opportunity.
