Explore the nature and history of feminism as well as art and literature by women.

Learn to evaluate cultural forces that have formed contemporary perception and expectations of women. Investigate biological sexual differences, culturally assigned gender roles, theories about female consciousness and behavior, and restraints imposed by law and social conventions.
